Fire Resistant Phlogopite Mica Tape consists of a phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a special silicone resin and a glass cloth or PE film as a carrier.
This mica tape has excellent fire resistance above 950°C, good workability, high physical and electrical properties, can resist extreme thermal stresses and give outstanding fire protection. It is incombustible, asbestos and halogene free and does not create toxic gases. Fire Resistant Phlogopite Mica Tape is used for the production of fire-proof cables for public buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, ships, airplanes, oil-platforms, steel mills, computer centre, astronautics etc.

2 PET Films Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to Samicafilm@F2-90, CONDUCTOFOL® 2371, 2159; KM-805A-ST) is a triplex combined flexible material constructed of mica paper bonded to PET Films on both sides with a modified epoxy resin. The thicker PET film surface of type LR-PMP 541A is coated with a hot melt adhesive.
PET Film Backed on Both Sides Mica Tape is rated Class F (155℃) by IEEE standards, acceptable for the conductor insulation of electromagnetic wires for windings of low and high voltage machines.

One PET Film Backed Mica Tape for Electromagnetic Wire

One PET Film Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to Samicafilm® 315.14, 315.15-11; CONDUCTOFOL® 2009, KM-805A-ST) is a two-ply combined flexible material constructed of mica paper bonded to PET Films on one side with a modified epoxy resin.
The film surface of type LR-PM 541A is coated with a hot melt adhesive. This Mica Tape has excellent flexibility, workability, physical and electrical properties.
PET Film Backed on One Side Mica Tape is rated Class F (155℃) by IEEE standards, acceptable for the conductor insulation of electromagnetic wires for windings of low and high voltage machines.
